About the Game
No one returns.
That’s the one truth whispered in taverns, between sour wine and cautious glances...
The Dungeon is a tactical, grid-based roguelike inspired by Minesweeper, built around risk, paranoia, and careful decision-making. You control four mercenaries cursed by greed, exploring a buried citadel where every action moves time forward — and every move draws Attention. Raise too much Attention… and something ancient might wake.
Opening Verse
Through twisted woods, in chilling mist,
A ruin lies, in shadow kissed.
Its broken gates whisper low,
Calling fools who walk alone.
Four arrived, driven by need,
But death and gold are twins in greed.
The silence pulses, shadows wait,
Who dares to touch will tempt their fate.
How to Play
- Click and drag a hero to reveal nearby tiles.
- Numbers show how many threats surround a tile (traps or monsters).
- Right-click to mark suspected tiles — but mark wrong, and enemies strike first.
- Use attack skills to safely reveal enemies or eliminate them before they react.
- Attention rises not with every move, but with every mistake — when you spring a trap, strike blindly, or suffer a hit.
- Reveal tiles and kill enemies to increase Progress and unlock the key to the next floor.
- You choose: The deeper you descend, the greater the treasure... and the closer to your end.
Controls
- Click & Drag – Move heroes.
- Right-click – Mark tile (trap or monster).
- Click skill – Use attack or special ability.
- Scroll – Zoom in and out.
- Hold Scroll button – Drag to move the dungeon camera.
- Use the ← and → arrow keys to switch between background music tracks.
